What we deliver

Udyogi Manus sells digital products only: ebooks in PDF format, and recorded video courses and masterclasses. There are no physical goods. Nothing is shipped and no shipping or courier charges apply.

How and when you receive access

• Instantly on screen: as soon as your payment is confirmed, the confirmation page shows a download button (ebooks) or a "start learning" button (courses).
• On WhatsApp: a private access link is sent to the WhatsApp number you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
• By email: if you entered an email address, the same link is emailed to you.

The access link is personal to you. Ebook downloads are limited to a reasonable number of downloads within a set period; courses remain available in your library. If a link stops working, open My Library and enter your WhatsApp number and order id to re-open your purchases.

Payment confirmation

Access is released only after the payment is confirmed by our payment processor, Cashfree Payments. UPI payments are usually confirmed within seconds; occasionally confirmation can take a few minutes. If your money was debited but the page did not show your purchase, do not pay again — the access link is sent automatically once the payment is confirmed.

Did not receive access?

If you have not received access within 24 hours of a successful payment, email connecttopmindmedia@gmail.com with your order id (format UM-YYYYMMDD-NNNN, for example UM-20261015-0001) and the WhatsApp number used at checkout. We will deliver your access or, if we cannot, refund you as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Coming-soon products

Products marked "लवकरच" (coming soon) cannot be bought yet. Leaving your number on them only registers interest; we will inform you on WhatsApp when they become available.
