Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of udyogimanus.in and your purchase of products from Udgam Ventures Private Limited ("we", "us"), which operates the Udyogi Manus platform. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Delivery Policy.

1. Products

We sell digital business-education products in Marathi: ebooks (PDF) and recorded video courses and masterclasses. We do not sell physical goods. Product descriptions explain what each product covers; content may be updated or improved over time.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price shown on the checkout page is the total amount you pay and is inclusive of applicable GST; no tax is added on top. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments using UPI, cards, net banking or other methods it supports. The name "Topmind Media" may appear on your payment receipt or bank statement as the merchant brand name for this purchase. We do not store your card or UPI details. An order is complete only when the payment is confirmed by Cashfree.

3. Delivery and access

Access is given on the confirmation screen immediately after a successful payment and is also sent to your WhatsApp number (and email, if provided). Details are in our Delivery Policy. You are responsible for entering a correct WhatsApp number and email at checkout.

4. Your licence to use the content

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read or watch it for your own learning. You must not share your access link or files, upload or distribute them, resell, sub-license, record, copy or publish them in whole or in part, or use them to create competing courses or materials. We may suspend access without refund if we find a product being shared or resold.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site and in our products — text, ebooks, videos, graphics, logos and the Udyogi Manus / उद्योगी माणूस name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Udgam Ventures Private Limited and protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

6. Earnings and results disclaimer

Our products are for education and information only. They share experience, ideas and general business guidance; they are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. We do not promise or guarantee any income, profit, business success or specific results. Any examples, figures or experiences described (including those of our founder) are illustrations and not typical or expected results. Your results depend on your own decisions, effort, capital, location, market conditions and many factors outside our control. Starting or running a business involves risk, including loss of money. Please take independent professional advice before making financial, legal or investment decisions.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its security or operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of the site or products or from decisions you make based on them. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Changes and availability

We may change these Terms, product prices and the site at any time; changes apply from the date they are published and do not affect orders already paid. We may withdraw a product; if you have paid but not yet received access, you will be refunded.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
