Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital products

Udyogi Manus sells digital products only: ebooks (PDF) and recorded video courses and masterclasses. Access is delivered instantly after a successful payment. Because a digital product cannot be returned once it has been accessed or downloaded, all sales are final once access has been delivered and the product has been opened or downloaded.

When you are eligible for a refund

We will refund the amount paid in any of these cases:

(a) Your payment was successful (money debited) but access to the product was not delivered to you and we could not deliver it after you contacted support;

(b) You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment) — the extra payment is refunded in full;

(c) A technical failure on our side prevents you from accessing the product and we are unable to fix it.

How to request a refund

Email connecttopmindmedia@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with your order id (format UM-YYYYMMDD-NNNN, shown on the confirmation screen and in the WhatsApp message), the WhatsApp number used at checkout, and a short description of the problem. We may ask for a payment reference or screenshot to trace the transaction.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (the same UPI, card or bank account) within 5 to 7 working days of approval. The exact time for the money to show in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. We do not refund in cash or to a different account.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled only before payment is completed — simply close the payment page. Once payment succeeds, access is delivered immediately and the order cannot be cancelled, except as described under eligible refunds above.

If a course or masterclass is withdrawn by us before you have been given access, you will receive a full refund.
