Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Udgam Ventures Private Limited ("we", "us"), which operates the Udyogi Manus platform at udyogimanus.in, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

Data we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, WhatsApp / mobile number, email address (optional at checkout) and city (contact form).
• Order details: products bought, amount, order id, payment status and payment reference returned by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login — these are entered only on Cashfree's secure payment page.
• Usage of your purchases: downloads, lessons opened and lessons marked complete, so we can show your progress and help you if access fails.
• Device and technical data: IP address, browser / device type, pages visited and the advertising campaign that brought you to the site (UTM parameters).
• Cookies and Meta Pixel events: see "Cookies and advertising measurement" below.

Why we use it

• To process your order and deliver the ebook or course you bought (on screen, on WhatsApp and by email).
• To send transactional WhatsApp messages: your access link, reminders if a payment did not complete, and reminders if you have not yet opened a purchase. You can opt out of reminders at any time.
• To respond to your enquiries and the contact form, and to tell you when a "coming soon" product you asked about becomes available.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, keep the service secure, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To measure which of our advertisements lead to visits and purchases.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what each service provider needs to perform its service for us:

• Cashfree Payments — payment processing (name, phone, email, order amount).
• AiSensy (WhatsApp Business messaging provider) — to send you WhatsApp messages (name, phone, message content).
• Supabase — database and secure file storage where orders and products are hosted.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel.
• An email delivery provider, if you gave an email address, to email your access link.
• Government or law enforcement authorities when required by law.

Some of these providers may process data on servers outside India, subject to their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We use a small number of cookies: essential cookies that keep checkout and your purchase secure, and the Meta Pixel, which records events such as page views, viewing a product, starting checkout and completing a purchase (with the order value) so we can measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features such as checkout may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as required by tax and accounting law (generally up to 8 years). We keep your account access so you can re-open your purchases. Contact-form and "notify me" details are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Paid files are stored privately and are only available through short-lived, personal links. Access to our admin systems is restricted and password protected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for reminder messages, or nominate another person to exercise your rights. Email your data request to connecttopmindmedia@gmail.com, mentioning the WhatsApp number you used and, if you made a purchase, your order id (UM-…). Deleting order records may be limited where we must keep them by law.

Children

Our products are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
